Eksekusi Penyerahan Sertifikat Tanah Sengketa Berjalan Lancar.

Kemenangan I Wayan Gita sebagai penggugat atas I Ketut Remika (tergugat) sengketa tanah warisan dari leluhurnya berakhir pada pelaksanaan eksekusi keputusan Mahkamah Agung. Eksekusi dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 Desember 2018 dan berlanjut pada 21 Januari 2019.
 
I Wayan Gita dari Banjar Dinas Tauman Desa Nyuhtebel memenangkan perkara tanah warisan yang sertifikatnya dikuasai dan dipegang oleh I Ketut Remikan ( tergugat, dari banjar Tauman,) berlokasi di tiga desa yaitu di desa Manggis, desa Sengkidu dan desa Nyuhtebel.
 
Pada bulan Desember 2018 awal pembacaan putusan eksekusi dilaksanakan di kantor desa Nyuhtebel dan dilsnjutkan pembacaan putusan di tiap lokasi tanah disaksikan oleh masing masing kepala desa/ Perbekel. Namun pada saat itu Remika tidak mau menyerahkan sertifikat tanah yang dieksekusi dengan berbagai macam alasan.
 
Panitera pengadilan akhirnya memberikan batasan waktu kepada Remika untuk mematuhi keputusan pengadilan sebagai bentuk penegakan hukum. Sidang eksekusi lanjutan penyerahan sertifikat tanah dilaksanakan tanggal 21 januari 2019 bertempat di Kantor Desa Nyuhtebel. Eksekusi berjalan lancar, 6 sertifikat diserahkan Remika dan 2 lainnya masih dipegang orang lain. Dua sertifikat yang belum ditemukan itu akan ditelusuri oleh Panitera Pengadilan.
