Rembug desa sebali mengukuhkan Made Mangku Pastika sebagai Bapak Desa. Forum Perbekel Provinsi Bali bersama Dinas PMD Provinsi Bali menggelar Rembug Desa Sebali ke 2 di Art Centre Denpasar minggu (21/1/2017) pukul 08.00 wita hingga berakhir pukul 14.00, hadir pada acara rembug Dirjen Kementrian Desa, Direktur Bank BNI, Gubernur Bali Made Mangku Pastika, Perbekel, pendamping desa sebali, dan undangan lainnya.
Forum Perbekel Sebali pada acara tersebut menyatakan dengan tekad bulat mengukuhkan Made Mangku Pastika sebagai Bapak Desa. Pastika dalam sambutannya mengucapkan terimakasih kepada forum mekel telah menganugrahkan gelar bapak desa. namun demikian konsekuensinya menuntut kepala desa untuk memenuhi permintaan Pastika saat masih Gubernur maupun setelah tidak menjadi Gubernur yaitu agar setiap desa/ perbekel mampu mengurangi angka kemiskinan didesa dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Desa di Bali merupakan dualitas desa yaitu desa adat dan desa pemerintahan. Desa adat mendapat Bantuan Keuangan Khusus (BKK) dari provinsi Bali sebanyak 1493 Desa Pekraman x Rp 225 Juta. Untuk desa pemerintahan sudah banyak mendapat program dari pemda, pemvrop, dan pemerintah pusat, namun oleh karena tidak terintegrasi dengan baik banyak program tidak efektif dan mubasir.
Pastika menegaskan tugas pebekel mengintegrasikan program di desa agar tepat sasaran mampu mengatasi masalah kemiskinan dan mewujudkan kesejahtraan masyarakat desa, sehingga tidak ada lagi warga miskin di Bali. Kata kuncinya, Bali pulau sorga/pulau Dewata, maka tidak elok ada warga miskin di pulau dewata. Itulah tugas perbekel, tegas pastika.
Perbekel yang membiarkan warganya miskin akan sangat berdosa besar, ungkap pastika.
